Rehab Aide (Physical / Occupational Therapy Assistant Aide)

Location: Cypress Ridge Care Center

Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options available)

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

About Us

At Cypress Ridge Care Center, we are dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to our residents.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Rehab Aide to join our therapy team.

In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists to help patients regain their independence and strength.

What You Will Do



* Patient Support: Transport patients to and from the therapy gym safely.


* Therapy Assistance: Assist therapists with patient positioning and exercises during treatment sessions.


* Environment Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and organize therapy equipment and gym spaces.


* Clerical Tasks: Maintain accurate patient logs, perform data entry, and answer phones.


* Inventory Control: Monitor and track therapy supplies, reporting inventory needs to management.

What We Are Looking For



* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.


* Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred but not required.


* Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and excellent time management.


* Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment, and assist with patient transfers.


* Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
