Pay Range: $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience

Lone Tree Post Acute is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering quality resident care by promoting independence and supporting each resident's physical, social, cultural, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities


* Assist residents with daily requests and personal care needs.


* Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, ambulation, and other activities of daily living.


* Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship to residents.


* Respond to resident needs and emergencies according to facility policies and procedures.


* Accurately document resident care in accordance with documentation standards.


* Assist in maintaining current and individualized resident service plans.


* Review 24-hour reports and care checklists regularly.


* Maintain resident room cleanliness and organization, including making beds, taking out trash, and washing dishes as needed.


* Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
