Company & Position Overview

LEER is seeking dependable, motivated, and safety-conscious individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers.

This position supports the production of fiberglass truck caps and related products through a variety of manufacturing, assembly, material handling, and finishing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

The General Laborer is responsible for supporting daily production activities while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

This position may perform a variety of duties including material handling, assembly, trimming, sanding, cleaning, packaging, and assisting machine operators throughout the manufacturing process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Support



* Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of fiberglass truck caps and related products.



* Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.



* Prepare molds, parts, and components for production operations.



* Perform trimming, sanding, grinding, drilling, and finishing tasks as required.



* Support assembly operations using hand and power tools.



* Inspect products for defects and report quality concerns to supervisors.



* Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet daily output goals.

Safety & Compliance



* Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA requirements.



* Properly wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE).



* Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.



* Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues immediately.
