Job summary
As a Compliance Manager / Vice President in Asset Wealth Management (AWM) Global Financial Crimes Compliance, you advise the U.S.
Private Bank on financial crimes-related client matters, assess execution of the Know your Customer (KYC) program, and provide oversight of key Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/KYC controls.
You serve as the Bank Secrecy Act Officer for Six Circles Trust, supporting board reporting, regulatory change awareness, and ongoing assessment of program effectiveness.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across Risk Management and Compliance, helping us maintain strong controls and drive continuous improvement.
Together, we ensure the firm's resilience and responsible growth.
Job responsibilities
* Prepare AML/KYC materials and periodic reporting for the Six Circles Trust Board of Directors
* Support ongoing oversight of the Six Circles Trust AML/KYC program, including updates, issue tracking, and effectiveness assessment
* Provide senior management with regular updates on key AML/KYC issues, control matters, and emerging risks
* Review and advise on financial crimes-related escalations involving U.S.
Private Bank clients
* Guide business and control stakeholders on AML/KYC risks, regulatory expectations, and internal policy requirements
* Collaborate across Global Financial Crimes Compliance teams to deliver consistent guidance
* Participate in forums across Risk Management and Compliance, Client Operations, Quality Control, and Governance
* Identify, document, and escalate potential concerns, emerging risks, control gaps, and program issues
* Support compliance testing, internal audit reviews, regulatory examinations, and remediation activities
* Assist with annual review of selected higher-risk client types
* Review business initiatives, product changes, and process enhancements affecting AML/KYC requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 6+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, risk management, controls, audit, legal, or related roles
* Experience with AML/KYC requirements, customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, beneficial ownership, suspicious activity escalation, sanctions, or related controls
* Exposure to Private Bank, wealth management, asset management, mutual fund, registered investment company, broker-dealer, or similar business models
