Ben Bridge Jeweler's corporate office in Downtown Seattle is seeking a qualified Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Manager, Design leads the design and execution of visual merchandising initiatives across all store locations.

This role ensures a consistent, elevated in-store experience aligned with brand standards, while managing end-to-end project execution, vendor partnerships, and store communication. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


* Lead concept development and execution of seasonal window displays and in-store visual programs


* Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects from concept through rollout, including timelines, production, and distribution


* Partner cross-functionally to align visual direction with marketing campaigns and brand priorities


* Serve as primary point of contact for vendors (print, fabrication, floral, etc.), managing production, quality control, and delivery


* Develop and communicate clear visual merchandising directives to stores; support execution and troubleshooting


* Support store openings and remodels with tailored visual programs


* Oversee inventory of visual assets, packaging, and display materials; manage ordering, reordering, and quality control


* Maintain organization of visual merchandising storage, assets, and processes


* Track vendor invoices and support operational workflows


* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and execution across projects and processes

Education and Experience:


* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience


* 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related field


* Background in luxury retail or brand-led environments

Knowledge and Skills:


* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools


* Graphic design experience is a plus


* Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp or similar)


* Experience supporting store environments at scale across multiple locations


* Strong project management experience within a creative or retail environment


* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
