30% FTE, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
No weekends required.
Hours are based off the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking an RN Liver Transplant Coordinator to:
* Collaborate with world-renowned transplant experts in a program known globally for research, innovation, and excellence in patient outcomes
* Guide patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives
* Use your critical thinking and clinical judgment daily, delivering personalized education and support across the continuum of care
* Facilitate building lasting relationships with patients and families

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of experience and education Required
Master's Degree in Nursing or relevant area may be used to substitute for one (1) year of clinical experience
Work Experience
2 years of clinical nursing experience Required
Progressive Nursing experience with demonstrated success Required
2 years of transplant or closely related nursing experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
