Inside Sales Associate

Role: Inside Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities


* Create and revise quotes based on partner and end-user requests using defined tools and processes


* Create Salesforce BFO opportunities to support the sales pipeline


* Coordinate with Order Management to ensure purchase orders are processed and delivered on time


* Raise support requests for major projects


* Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders


* Create and manage accounts and contacts in Salesforce BFO and Oracle


* Maintain and update the Salesforce BFO sales pipeline, including data clean-up


* Process MDF (Market Development Funds) and rebates


* Support SIP activities, including invoicing

Qualifications


* Bachelor's degree in a related field


* Preferably with experience using Salesforce BFO


* Ability to work effectively under pressure


* Strong attention to detail


* Ability to manage priorities and ensure SLAs are met


* Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
