Student Assistant - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

We are recruiting a motivated Student Assistant to join our Nordic Talent Attraction Team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience within Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding in an international environment.

What You Will Do

Recruitment Support


* Write job ads


* Review candidates


* Conduct screening calls


* Schedule interviews

Employer Branding


* Support Employer Branding activities across the Nordics including:


* Social media campaigns and activations


* Create engaging content (text and visuals) and help plan social media calendars


* Assist with email campaigns and outreach activities


* Support planning and execution of events (both online and offline), including university collaborations and other initiatives

Ad Hoc Tasks


* Support various recruitment processes and university relations activities as needed

What Will Help You Succeed


* Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree


* Interested in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR


* Strong/fluent communication skills in Danish and English


* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


* Availability to work 15 hours/week from our office in Ballerup
