Senior Test Engineer - R&D

As our Test Engineer, you'll work in our R&D center in Kolding, Denmark and play a crucial role as part of the team and will participate in the development of energy management products with special focus on 3 phase Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and power converters.

What you will be doing


* Troubleshoot complex problems, using knowledge of high-power equipment


* Define and plan mechanical and electrical tests on UPS products


* Building test setups, recreate customer issues and be part of the team to implement solutions


* Define, plan and execute Verification & Validation tests and regulatory compliance and certification tests


* Cross functional collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality releases


* Participate in new test methodology development, and adaptation to applicable new technologies or tools.

What will help you succeed


* 3+ years' work experience as Test Engineer or Verification & Validation engineer with experience and knowledge on 3-phase data center UPS products


* You have a background in Power Electronics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering


* Experience and knowledge on electronic hardware power design, including Power converters and 3-phase power systems


* Basic understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Certification (IEC/UL/EMI etc.) is an advantage


* You are fully proficient with written and spoken English
