Description:
The Sales Inbound role is responsible for managing customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience while driving sales outcomes.
This role supports both existing and new customers by understanding their requirements and recommending the most suitable Dell products, services, warranties, and support solutions.
The ideal candidate will engage customers through inbound channels and, when needed, conduct follow-up outbound outreach to progress opportunities, resolve queries, and close sales.
They will work in close alignment with internal teams and sales colleagues to support business goals and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer interactions through inbound calls, chats, emails, and web-based interfaces
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries with a focus on sales conversion and customer satisfaction
* Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services, warranties, and solution offerings
* Drive sales opportunities with both existing customers and new prospects
* Conduct follow-up outbound calls or emails as required to progress leads and close opportunities
* Build working knowledge of Dell's technology, products, and services to align solutions with customer requirements
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and sales colleagues to support the end-to-end sales process
* Maintain accuracy in administrative, operational, and system-related tasks
* Use sound judgment to analyze customer requirements and make routine business decisions
* Ensure all interactions reflect Dell's commitment to a high-quality customer experience
