What you'll achieve

As a Senior Commercial Counsel, you will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating sales agreements with Dell's Public Sector Customers in France.

You will work with Dell's sales teams and executives to negotiate sales agreements for information technology products, services, and software.

You will:



* Assist in the development and negotiation strategy, providing input and guidance on the commercial and legal elements of the transaction.



* Interact effectively with senior management and have a successful track record as both an legal advisor and business leader.



* Collaborate with service, sales, operations, delivery, and finance to ensure that agreements adequately protect Dell's interests.



* Review and providing input on terms and conditions contained in RFP's and sales proposals.



* Lead negotiations for the sale of information technology products, services, and software.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements



* Experienced attorney with a minimum of 6+ years of sales negotiation and support, transactional, and/or in-house corporate legal experience.



* Requires extensive knowledge of the information technology industry and detailed knowledge of commercial contracts terms, especially regarding French Public Sector Terms.



* Should be a self-starter who is able to work independently in a fast-paced high pressure environment.
