About the Job:

The Hardware Fabric Signal engineer will use sophisticated simulation tools and laboratory measurement to design, simulate, validate, debug, and optimize high performance electrical systems.

The engineer will work with a diverse team of engineers that support the design, validation, scaling, deployment, and support of industry-leading supercomputer systems.

A curious mind and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

How You'll Make Your Mark:


* Design and assess industry-leading 100+ gigabit/s.

electrical and optical links and memory interface channels


* Create simulation models, plan and execute simulation suites


* Correlate models to measured laboratory results


* Create PCB signal integrity design rules, stackup, and connector pinout recommendations


* Track and drive the resolution of electrical issues, execute hands-on testing and debugging to root cause


* Create documentation, test plans, and test reports

About You:


* Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering.


* 10+ years' experience in High Performance Electrical Design


* Experience with Ethernet or Infiniband components and systems, and key performance metrics


* Experience with Signal Integrity


* Experience RF and Microwave design is preferred, but not required


* Experience with 3D Modeling with tools such as HFSS is highly preferred
