As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, Risk Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.
* Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
* Champion agility and adaptability by embracing iterative approaches, responding quickly to changing requirements, and continuously improving project processes.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
* Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.
* Lead stakeholder management efforts, building strong relationships, facilitating effective communication, and driving consensus to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
