Manual Cell Lead

We're hiring a Team Lead to supervise manual cell operations and drive daily performance in safety, quality, and output.

What will you do?


* Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production goals


* Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow while coaching operators on best practices and ergonomics


* Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues swiftly with appropriate escalation


* Manage shift handovers, ensure training compliance, and champion continuous improvement efforts
