Building Automation Service Specialist

You'll deliver hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair services that keep critical systems running safely and efficiently while building lasting customer relationships.

What will you do?


* Install and commission customer systems according to established procedures and quality standards


* Conduct preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance to maximize system reliability and performance


* Diagnose and resolve technical issues onsite while maintaining strict safety and compliance protocols


* Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions that enhance their operations

Qualifications:


* Hands-on BAS or HVAC controls experience (service, installation, or commissioning)


* Strong troubleshooting skills (HVAC + electrical systems


* Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high-paced environment with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet the schedules given by the leadership


* Demonstrate the ability to operate independently and autonomously and take ownership of all tasks.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and team oriented


* Proficiency with writing code for controller sequence of operations


* Proficiency with integration protocols (BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus, etc.)
