Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

The Cyber Human Risk Project Lead is responsible for delivering cybersecurity human risk initiatives that support the global strategy.

The role focuses on the effective execution of awareness, training, and engagement programs, ensuring high-quality deliverables with guidance from senior team members when required.

Key responsibilities

Project delivery & execution


* Lead the delivery of assigned cybersecurity human risk projects (awareness campaigns, training modules, onboarding programs, etc.).


* Manage day-to-day execution, timelines, and coordination of stakeholders.


* Contribute to global, regional, and population-specific initiatives assigned within the team.

Content development & program support


* Create clear, engaging, and actionable cybersecurity awareness materials.


* Develop and deliver learning, awareness and behavior-change-focused modules to improve employee cybersecurity knowledge and behaviors.


* Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of training and awareness programs.


* Adapt content based on audience (e.g., high-risk populations, regions, leadership groups).

Collaboration & coordination


* Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams, Communications, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.


* Support integration of human risk considerations, including those derived from regulations and other compliance requirements, into broader cybersecurity initiatives.

Monitoring & reporting


* Track progress and performance of initiatives using defined KPIs.


* Support reporting activities by collecting and consolidating data.


* Use of collected data to make informed decisions to improve project performance and results.
