Channel Manager - Inside Sales Representative
For this U.S.
based position, the expected compensation range is $74,400 - $111,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

What will you do in this role?
As a Channel Manager Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing Schneider Electric's Secure Power Channel business within a defined territory.
Working closely with your aligned Channel Manager, you will manage a defined set of reseller partners, proactively drive engagement, uncover opportunities, and execute strategies that grow revenue and expand market presence.
In this role, you will:
* Grow channel partner revenue within your assigned territory
* Proactively build and deepen relationships with reseller partners and key stakeholders
* Increase partner engagement through structured sales support, training, and enablement
* Execute quarterly business reviews, partner engagement activities, and regional initiatives
* Own and advance partner projects from initiation to close, with a strong focus on driving transactional and edge business.
* Hunt, develop, and advance opportunities by sizing, scoping, and quoting Secure Power solutions
* Build, maintain, and accurately forecast a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Drive increased adoption of Schneider Electric programs and complete life-cycle power solutions across your partner base.
