Key Responsibilities:


* Coordinate and schedule freight shipments to ensure on-time delivery.


* Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and transportation needs.


* Track and monitor shipments, resolving delays or service issues as they arise.


* Maintain accurate shipping records, documentation, and transportation reports.


* Verify freight charges, rates, and delivery information.


* Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.


* Assist in optimizing transportation routes and logistics processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.


* Operate forklifts as necessary

Qualifications:


* High School Diploma or equivalent


* 2+ years' experience performing warehouse and materials handling, inventory management, forklift/power equipment operation, and shipping/receiving duties.


* Experienced with standard functions within MS Office applications such as: MS Outlook, Excel, Access, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


* Ability to multi-task, problem solve and remain highly organized and detail oriented


* Possess strong work ethic.


* Available to work overtime hours when needed.

Shift:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Additional overtime may be required.

Shifts typically range from 8–12 hours, with potential overtime on Saturdays.
