The Opportunity

Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time
Location: East Bay Post Acute
Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership


* Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care


* Maintain compliance with facility policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements


* Provide compassionate support and education to residents and their families

Qualifications


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care experience preferred


* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment


* Commitment to providing outstanding resident-centered care
