SEO Specialist

General Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative SEO Specialist to support and enhance search engine optimization efforts across a large portfolio of skilled nursing facility websites.

This role plays a key part in improving organic visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and strengthening digital performance across 300+ locations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with content SEO, keyword research, technical optimization, and performance reporting.

You will collaborate closely with web, content, and marketing teams to execute SEO strategies, optimize website content, and support ongoing digital growth initiatives.

* Research and identify SEO opportunities within skilled nursing, post-acute care, and

* Create high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content targeting patients, families, and healthcare

* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and healthcare compliance standards


* Implement keyword strategy, internal linking, and structured headings to improve search

Website Copywriting & Page Optimization


* Develop SEO-optimized copy for new service and informational pages across facility websites


* Structure content to align with search intent and improve readability and engagement


* Collaborate with web operations teams on page launches and updates


* Provide keyword targeting, metadata, and internal linking recommendations

Content Optimization


* Audit existing website pages to identify optimization opportunities


* Improve keyword targeting, metadata, and content structure


* Refresh outdated content to enhance performance and user engagement


* Recommend internal linking improvements and content updates

Technical SEO Support


* Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues impacting site performance


* Partner with development and web teams to implement improvements


* Monitor site health, indexing, and crawl performance


* Conduct audits and provide recommendations related to:


* Broken links


* Redirect issues


* o Crawl errors


* o Duplicate content


* Indexing concerns


* Structured data opportunities

SEO Reporting & Performance Analysis


* Track and analyze organic search performance across facility websites
