Location: San Francisco Post-Acute (Mission St.)
Position: Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - NOC Shift
Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Role Summary

San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team.

We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.

Available Shift - NOC (Overnight) Shift


* Weekdays and Weekends

Primary Responsibilities


* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.


* Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.


* Support meal service and tray distribution.


* Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.


* Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.


* Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members.

Qualifications


* Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification/license.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.


* Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care.


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required.
