Position Summary

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise nursing staff and coordinate shift activities.


* Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and laboratory-related procedures.


* Complete resident assessments and monitor changes in condition.


* Manage admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.


* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations.


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care outcomes.

Qualifications


* Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.


* New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.


* Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
