The Opportunity

Position: Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: St.

Francis Healthcare Center
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour
Schedule: PM and NOC Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate significant changes to physicians and appropriate team members


* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation


* Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members


* Provide clinical guidance and supervision to CNAs and other nursing personnel


* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life through compassionate care


* Respond effectively to emergencies and changing resident needs


* Participate in care planning, quality improvement initiatives, and resident advocacy

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Current CPR/BLS certification


* Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment


* Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred


* Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care
