What You'll Do

As a CNA, you'll help residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and quality of life by:


* Assisting with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care


* Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition


* Taking and recording vital signs


* Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and mobility


* Helping residents during meals and recording food/fluid intake


* Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests


* Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharges


* Maintaining accurate documentation


* Promoting a safe, clean, and welcoming environment


* Providing compassionate care and emotional support to residents and families

Most importantly, you'll help create a home-like environment where residents feel respected, valued, and cared for.

What We're Looking For
Required:


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Excellent communication and customer service skills


* Genuine passion for caring for seniors

Preferred:


* CPR Certification


* Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
