SUMMARY

The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service.

RESPONSIBILITIES


* Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.


* Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff


* Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for team.


* Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically.


* Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS



* Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.


* Area of study: Accounting, Business, or equivalent related experience in account management for a large organization


* Type of experience:



* Strong research and analysis skills


* Great written and verbal communication and negotiation skills


* Strong interpersonal skills with proven dispute resolution ability


* Knowledge of accounting practices and accounts receivable reconciliation


* Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the use of data sources to gather required information for analysis and reporting
