OMS Strategic Account Manager

As a global leader in freight forwarding, we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join our Order Management Solutions (OMS) team in Melbourne. 

The Opportunity 
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of a major strategic customer. You’ll ensure exceptional service delivery, strengthen relationships, and drive continuous improvement across operations. 
 

What You’ll Do 


* Build and maintain strong relationships with a key strategic customer 


* Be the voice of your customer and their go-to reliable representative 


* Deliver outstanding service and ensure expectations are consistently exceeded 


* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives 


* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage complex or non-standard requirements 


* Ensure compliance with customer-specific SOPs 


* Lead projects using DHL’s DePICT Business Delivery Framework 


* Develop clint development roadmaps, plans, and specifications, and oversee execution 

 

 What You Bring 


* Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) 


* 3–5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, supply chain, or account management 


* Strong administrative and organisational skills 


* High attention to detail and a results-driven mindset 


* Experience with Microsoft programs and PowerBI 


* Ability to work independently and manage client relationships confidently 


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 


* Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
