Senior Financial Analyst
Work Schedule:
This is a full time, remote position.
Weekly work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 or 8am-4:30pm.
This position is remote and won't require any onsite work.

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to:
* Support and coordinate the organization's annual budgeting process, including budget system administration, process management, implementation, and communication across all levels of the organization.
* Manage and maintain the budget payroll system, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis of Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs), salary expenditures, and other key financial metrics.
* Contribute to the development and execution of operational budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
* Prepare financial and statistical analyses, dashboards, graphs, and presentation materials, providing analytical support to finance teams and operational stakeholders.
* Generate and review month-end financial reports related to volume statistics, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
* Serve as a key resource for budget and financial inquiries by maintaining documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Provide timely responses to management requests regarding financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other accounting-related matters.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field Required
* Four (4) years of relevant finance or accounting experience may be considered in lieu of the degree in addition to the experience below
* Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or another related field Preferred
Work Experience
* 4 years of experience in accounting or finance that includes experience with computer systems, spreadsheet and database applications, data flow, report creation, and data interpretation Required
* 6 years of experience in accounting or finance within a healthcare setting Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Preferred
