Fabrication Technician - 2nd Shift

Calling all skilled fabricators! Schneider Electric is on the lookout for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Fabrication team at our new plant in Mount Juliet, TN.

As part of the team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cutting, punching, and welding metal for our cutting-edge product line.Responsibilities


* Operate fabrication equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner while meeting production and quality standards.


* Perform fabrication functions including robotic welding, press brake operation, punching, and laser operations based on business needs and individual qualifications.


* Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation.


* Inspect parts and completed work to ensure compliance with quality requirements.


* Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures.


* Support cross-training and assist in other fabrication areas as needed.

In addition to Fabrication Technician openings, we are also actively seeking Welders for 2nd shift.

Candidates with welding experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for welding opportunities based on qualifications and business needs.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Preferably one year of fabrication experience


* Ability to handle basic shop math and interpret blueprints


* Familiarity with World Class manufacturing principles is a plus


* Strong team player mindset with a focus on quality and safety
