Talent Manager Mexico & Central America
The Talent Manager, Mexico & Central America leads the regional talent management agenda to build a strong, future-ready talent pipeline aligned with business priorities.
This role partners closely with HRBPs, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development to strengthen high-potential pipelines, improve succession and strategic talent planning, and enable internal mobility and career growth across Mexico and Central America.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Governance
* Lead the regional talent operating rhythm, ensuring HRBPs and business leaders follow through on agreed priorities
* Bring a clear, data-informed point of view to talent discussions and decisions
* Create visibility into regional talent health, including pipeline strength, readiness, mobility, and retention risks
* Translate talent insights into actions that drive measurable business impact
High-Potential Pipeline Management
* Identify, validate, and actively manage high-potential talent pools across Mexico and Central America
* Ensure high-potential talent have development plans linked to future roles and that progress is actively monitored
* Partner with Talent Acquisition and Early Career teams to strengthen upstream pipeline visibility
* Track movement, readiness, and development progress, and influence stakeholders to accelerate growth and mobility
Succession & Strategic Talent Planning
* Drive the quality, depth, and completeness of succession plans for critical roles
* Build and maintain talent pools aligned to future business needs and critical capabilities
* Strengthen succession readiness visibility and expand cross-business successor options
* Connect succession planning to broader strategic workforce and capability priorities
Talent Intelligence & Storytelling
* Generate actionable insights on talent gaps, risks, and opportunities
* Develop executive-ready materials that translate data into a clear talent story and practical actions
* Maintain strong data discipline and consistency across talent tracking and reporting
* Connect talent decisions to business outcomes and organizational priorities
Leader & HRBP Enablement
* Challenge and enable HRBPs and business leaders to run higher-quality talent conversations
* Coach leaders on calibration, potential assessment, readiness, and development planning
* Move conversations beyond compliance toward meaningful talent action
* Raise the quality of talent decisions through clear standards, tools, and guidance
Internal Mobility & Career Development
* Promote and activate internal and cross-border mobility opportunities across the region
* Identify move candidates and help remove barriers to internal movement
* Enable transparent career pathways and partner with HR and business stakeholders to create meaningful development experiences
