Las Colinas Post Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans


* Supervise and support therapy assistants as appropriate


* Accurately document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards


* Deliver high-quality care with compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence

Qualifications


* Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California


* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program


* Strong commitment to patient-centered care


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills


* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
