What will you do?


* Oversee quality assurance and process control across manufacturing operations to safeguard product integrity


* Lead and coach team members on quality standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement


* Partner with procurement and suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented


* Manage quality protocols during new manufacturing line setups and process changes through rigorous change management
