Test & Automation Intern (Rojo Gómez, CDMX)
What Will you do?
* Identify processes that can be automated and propose solutions
* Design and develop automation (software, scripts, or industrial systems)
* Integrate automation with existing systems (ERP, MES, databases, APIs)
* Troubleshoot and fix issues in automated processes
* Monitor performance and continuously improve automation
* Document solutions and train users or operators
* Work with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, engineering)
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
* English advanced to connect with global team
* Basic knowledge or projects related to automation tools or programming (e.g., Python, scripts, PLCs, RPA tools)
* Understanding of systems integration (APIs, databases, data flow)
* Problem-solving and analytical thinking
* Basic knowledge of data handling and troubleshooting
* Good communication skills to work with technical and non-technical teams
* Basic exposure to programming (AI, Python, C, or similar)
*Graduation Date: June 2027 or later
*Advanced English - MUST

* Currently pursuing a degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, or a related engineering field
- Aligns directly with the automation and testing environment
* Strong interest in automation, testing, or industrial systems
- Indicates motivation to grow in the automation testing space
* Academic or project experience involving control systems, sensors, or system integration is a Plus
- Helps understand how physical and digital systems interact
* Exposure to hands-on work (labs, prototypes, school projects)
- Supports faster adaptation to real-world automation setups
* Ability to work in a structured, global team-based environment
- Important for collaborating with automation, IT, and operations teams
* Initiative and willingness to learn by doing
- Critical to succeed in a fast-moving, practical environment
