We're looking for a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to help transform how we deliver legal services- - translating complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions and driving operational excellence across a global environment.

What You will do


* Lead transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Business Legal, from design to delivery



* Translate legal and risk requirements into practical processes, controls, and workflows



* Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability



* Use data and reporting to support insight, risk management, and decision-making



* Enable and deploy legal technology solutions to enhance compliance and visibility



* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption, and change



* Manage multiple projects, ensuring strong governance and timely delivery

What will make you successful:

Essential


* Experience in legal operations, compliance, or process improvement



* Proven delivery of change initiatives in global environments



* Strong project/programme management skills



* Ability to translate legal requirements into operational solutions



* Experience with process design, governance, and legal technology



* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable


* Exposure to competition/antitrust, or risk management topics



* Experience with legal technology platforms



* Background in large, complex organisations



* Data and analytics experience; Lean/Six Sigma beneficial
