Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:


* Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests


* Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharge processes


* Assisting with meal service and resident nutrition needs


* Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided


* Promoting a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications


* Current and active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
