Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily needs while promoting their comfort, independence, and well-being.

Working alongside nurses and interdisciplinary team members, you will help ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Measure and record vital signs accurately


* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff


* Document care and services provided in accordance with facility policies


* Support individualized care plans and resident goals


* Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications


* Current and active CNA certification required


* Current CPR/BLS certification required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude


* Previous skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
