Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide and oversee high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective treatment.

You will also serve as a leader within the care team, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide and supervise direct patient care


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team


* Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs


* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation


* Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations


* Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills


* Compassion for an underserved population
