We're seeking compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our therapy team in Full-Time and Part-Time capacities.

Whether helping a resident safely return to eating, improving communication skills after a stroke, or supporting cognitive recovery, you'll play a vital role in restoring independence and enhancing quality of life.

What You'll Do


* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy teams, residents, and families


* Conduct dysphagia assessments and implement appropriate interventions


* Educate residents, caregivers, and staff regarding treatment strategies and recommendations


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and reimbursement requirements


* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning activities

Qualifications
Required:


* Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology


* Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license


* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligibility to obtain


* Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred:


* Experience in Skilled Nursing, Post-Acute, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care settings


* Knowledge of dysphagia management and modified diets


* Experience with cognitive, neurological, and medically complex patient populations
