Loadmaster
Lynden Air Cargo is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Flight Loadmaster to join our team supporting operations aboard one of the most iconic aircraft in the skies—the Hercules C‑130 L382G.

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are:
* Perform all work in compliance with Lynden Air Cargo policies, the Loadmaster Manual, and applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
* Prepare aircraft for loading and unloading, ensuring cargo is handled safely and efficiently.
* Calculate and maintain proper weight and balance to ensure the aircraft is within safe operating limits.Coordinate and direct loading and unloading activities with ground personnel for scheduled operations.
* Oversee cargo operations, including supervising routine loading and off-loading of freight.
* Remain in a constant state of alertness and operate in a safe, professional manner at all times.
