You'll partner with suppliers to ensure excellence across our supply chain, from initial evaluation through continuous improvement, while serving as a recognized technical expert.

What will you do?



* Qualify suppliers and conduct on-site quality and safety audits


* Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions


* Lead supplier improvement initiatives and reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ)


* Support supplier selection and risk assessment during tendering


* Define quality checkpoints and ensure compliance during project execution


* Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans


* Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality issues

What are the key skills we are looking for?


* Auditing - advanced level; conducting comprehensive supplier assessments to validate quality systems and processes


* Compliance Management - advanced level; ensuring suppliers adhere to regulatory and organizational quality standards


* Measurement System Analysis - advanced level; validating measurement accuracy and reliability across supplier operations


* Supplier Quality Management - intermediate level; overseeing supplier performance and driving quality improvements


* Problem Solving - intermediate level; resolving quality issues through structured root cause analysis

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)


* 5+ years of experience in supplier quality, procurement, quality assurance, or supply chain


* Experience with supplier audits, qualification, and project environments


* Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
