Continuous Improvement / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering Senior

Mission

Drive operational excellence by improving productivity, cost, and service levels across manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with business performance targets and continuous improvement strategy.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead and execute end-to-end continuous improvements initiatives across manufacturing and/or supply chain operations.


* Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives and long-term operational strategy.


* Analyze operational performance using data-driven approaches to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.


* Act as a key contributor in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and coach cross-functional teams.


* Lead complex problem-solving efforts using structured methodologies (DMAIC, RCA, etc.).

Main Activities


* Lead and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean / Six sigma methodologies


* Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in manual and automated operations


* Facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops


* Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and follow up on action plans


* Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor



* Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
+ +5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations or continuous improvement roles.
+ Conversational English (intermediate level) is required
+ Proactive, results-driven and strong influencing skills.
+ Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Lean / Six Sigma certification (Desired)
Key Systems
+ MS Office- Excel (Pivot tables, macros, data management/analysis)
+ ERP system (SAP desired)
+ Data visualization tools (Tableau / Power BI desired)
