* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Previous experience in a quality inspection role is preferred


* Read and understand information on work instructions.


* Basic mechanic knowledge


* Must keep work area clean and orderly.


* Good judgment and ability to work independently.


* Must be physically capable of performing the job.


* Will be expected to do quality work and care for equipment.


* Demonstrates a knowledge of and commitment to lean manufacturing principles and techniques.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
