Position Summary

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and making a difference in their community.

What You'll Do


* Support daily store operations and team leadership


* Coach, train, and develop team members


* Deliver exceptional customer service


* Process cash and credit transactions


* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations


* Help maintain store standards, safety, and cleanliness


* Work a consistent, full-time schedule with flexibility to support business needs

Qualifications


* High School Diploma or GED required


* One year of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred


* Strong communication and leadership skills


* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds


* Must be at least 18 years old


* Reliable transportation and current auto insurance required
