What you'll achieve
In this high-impact role, you will provide operational support and serve as a senior subject-matter expert in product classification (HTS & ECCN), global export controls, and Oracle GTM classification maintenance.

You will oversee compliance controls, and partner with NPI and regional Trade colleagues to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence.

You will:

Product Classification: Drive the application of TAT (Trade Attribute Template), overseeing HTS and ECCN classification for parts and software while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.

Support IST (International Support Team) reviewing Trade holds due to lack of classification, and ensure the correct classification is applied on a timely manner.

Cross-Functional Advisory and Regulatory Compliance: Partner with the TTL NPI team, regional Trade team members, and PMO teams to support system classification of new parts, classification reviews, and compliance assessments.

Operational Excellence & Modernization: Contribute to system automation, workflow improvement, data governance, and Trade Modernization initiatives, strengthening global compliance infrastructure.

Audits, Reporting & Controls: Maintain classification records, support audits, and develop dashboards to monitor compliance performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* 8+ years of experience in Global Trade Compliance, with strong focus on HTS & ECCN classification.


* Hands-on expertise with Oracle GTM (classification, export controls, hold workflows).


* Ability to analyze technical product data (spec sheets, BOMs) and determine correct product classification.


* Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.


* Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and compliance governance.
