Salary £27,500 - 31,201, depending on experience.

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), 9-5, Monday to Friday

Guildford, Cyrenian House.

What you’ll do


* Lead support planning and coordinate case work to deliver person-centred support


* Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads


* Support Customers with tasks like budgeting, benefit claims and attending appointments


* Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers


* Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on to more independent housing

You have


* Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.


* Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support


* The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach


* Understand the issues of homelessness and the challenges people face.

The practical bits


* Our supported accommodation is in Guildford, and this is a service based role. 


* You will manage own diary.


* You will work from an office base at our Guildford hostel but your customer group will be living in our 4 dispersed houses close by, preparing to move on.

 


* Although you will lone work, you will be part of the team with the hostel colleagues. 


* You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay) 


* A vehicle is not required but can be useful.

 You will need to be insured for business use and have a full licence, we’ll pay for any business mileage
