Strategy Lead, Commerce Enablement Vice President

As a Strategy Lead in the Commerce Enablement team, you'll partner with talented colleagues to shape business strategy, drive innovation, and support organizational success.

Job responsibilities
* Define strategic payments priorities, serving as an objective thought partner to senior leaders
* Develop and refine value propositions for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy
* Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform the direction and prioritization of strategic projects
* Build a compelling narrative around product strategy and vision, and draft team-wide and enterprise-level communications to drive transparency, alignment, and collaboration
* Prepare and present comprehensive project updates, business reviews, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across strategy, data and analytics, finance, product, and corporate development
* Build and maintain strong relationships across business and functional support teams
* Support business leaders with presentations and day-to-day issue resolution
* Drive leadership team agendas, priorities, and meetings
* Analyze P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to guide decision-making and optimize project outcomes
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, fintech, strategic finance, or a similar role
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and achieve goals without direct authority over resources
* Demonstrated ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions
* High level of personal initiative, with a track record of setting and achieving challenging goals and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
* Intellectual curiosity and the ability to develop subject matter expertise in new areas quickly
* Open, collaborative, and team-oriented working style
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience in the credit card or payments industry
* Familiarity with analyzing P&L dynamics, customer feedback, and behavioral data to inform strategic decision-making
