Co-brand Card Acquisition Senior Associate

As a Co-brand Card Acquisition Senior Associate on the United Card team, you will own strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels to drive new customer acquisition.
You will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and launch high-quality campaigns, ensuring strong operational rigor and on-time delivery.
Job responsibilities
* Manage multiple marketing channels to drive acquisition growth, ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance and aligned to business objectives
* Lead end-to-end development of technical requirements, creative briefs, and campaign prioritization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners and agencies to ensure cohesive strategy and seamless execution
* Develop a deep understanding of individual marketing channels and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization
* Set and execute the strategic vision for acquisition campaigns, aligning objectives with broader business goals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with co-brand partners to foster effective collaboration and drive shared business results
* Oversee creative execution with keen attention to detail, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate cross-functionally and report on marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or business
- 2+ years of relevant marketing or campaign management experience
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Strong relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and clear approach to presenting ideas
- Strong knowledge of the travel and lodging industry, with a genuine passion for travel
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
