Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60-$22.00 per hour (DOE)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Eligible full-time CNAs can receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus , paid in five increments according to the facility's bonus payout schedule.

CNA Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.


* Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.


* Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.


* Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.


* Accurately document care provided and maintain resident records.


* Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests and needs.


* Assist with implementing individualized care plans.


* Promote resident dignity, comfort, and independence.


* Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other team members to provide exceptional care.

Qualifications


* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.


* Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred but not required.
