LPN Nurse

LPN Day & Night Shift Nurse - Dublin Post Acute
Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Dublin Post Acute is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions.

Position Responsibilities:


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans


* Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions


* Document resident care accurately and timely


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition


* Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio LPN License in good standing


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
