RN Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) - Day & Night Shift
Dublin Post Acute
Pay: $35.00-$40.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on both Day and Night Shifts.

Responsibilities:


* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly


* Supervise and support LPNs and STNAs/CNAs


* Maintain accurate documentation and resident records


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:


* Current Ohio RN License in good standing


* Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills


* New graduates encouraged to apply
