* Lead and coordinate resident care with excellence and compassion


* Assess, monitor, and document resident health status


* Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders


* Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members


* Mentor and support nursing assistants and fellow caregivers


* Help create a positive, engaging atmosphere where residents can thrive

💙 What We're Looking For


* Current Ohio RN license in good standing


* CPR Certification

*Required

* Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.

May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations.
